Creating a Mobile Network that gives back. How Faith Mobile launched on our branded eSIM solution.
We adapted our branded eSIM solution for Faith Mobile to allow their customers to give back to causes they care about. With branding, checkout, eSIM fulfilment, and a custom donation flow where customers choose their preferred charity and we allocate 10% of their plan's value to donate each month.Technologies

Challenge
The team at Faith Mobile wanted to sell UK eSIM plans on Vodafone’s network and allow their customers to donate 10% of their monthly bill to a cause they choose at sign-up. The donation model is a core part of their brand. It isn’t a bolt-on promotion.
They also needed the usual elements that make up MVNO commerce: a plan catalogue covering UK and travel eSIMs, subscription billing on 30-day rolling terms, instant eSIM delivery after checkout, number porting, the ability to support their customers and mananage charities and donations, and a customer facing portal for ongoing plan management.
Building all of that from scratch would have been slow and expensive. What they actually needed was a proven eSIM store solution that they could bring their own branding to, with room to add the charity selection and donation tracking that makes Faith Mobile different from a standard connectivity retailer.

Solution
Faith Mobile launched on our branded eSIM solution. It's the same user interface, provisioning integration, and checkout flows behind our Commerce offering. We branded the storefront, applied their design, and connected their chosen connectivity supplier’s product catalogue.
The standard eSIM store solution already handles eSIM purchases, fulfilment, delivery & activation, and subscription-based billing. For Faith Mobile we extended that with a charity selection step during the purchase flow and backend logic to track which organisation each customer supports, so donations can be calculated and paid quarterly to each charity.
We also added a custom donation portal for customers to manage their donations and see the impact of their support. With charities also having their own dashboard to view their donations and access resources.
The help content and customer portal were tailored around specific journeys: device compatibility checks, PAC-based number porting, plan changes, and Travel eSIM purchases, without rebuilding the underlying commerce infrastructure.
Outcome
Faith Mobile is now live at faithmobile.co.uk selling UK eSIM plans and travel data on Vodafone’s network. Customers pick a plan, choose a charity, and get connected without a contract or credit check.
Utilising Koroutine's proven branded eSIM platform shared with other brands, Faith Mobile was able to launch their store quickly and focus on their brand and charity partnerships rather than building their own platform, integrations and telecom infrastructure from scratch. The result is a seamless customer experience that is easy to manage and scale going forward.
